Shiatsu is not only a technique. It is a way of listening to the body.

In my work, shiatsu means calm pressure, attention, breath and respect for the body's response.

Each session can be softer or deeper. I combine shiatsu with massage techniques when the body needs a more practical path to relief.

Quiet work, clear contact

Shiatsu works with pressure, rhythm, body position and attention. The aim is not to push the body into performance, but to notice where it can soften and where it needs more support.

For some people the session feels deeply relaxing. For others it brings a clearer sense of the body, easier breathing or relief in areas that have been tense for a long time.
